We have done just the opposite. Borrowers need to have 100% assurance their loan is going to close when a pre-approval is given.

Shirley reviews every file with an underwriter’s eye so borrowers know their loan is going to be approved before going to find their dream home. When not at work, Shirley truly enjoys spending time with her 3 grown children, grandchildren, and extended family.
